Our Requirements

To ensure we are working with reliable and trustworthy partners, all contractors and suppliers wishing to join our supply chain must meet the following criteria:

DBS Check: All suppliers and contractors must provide proof of a current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to ensure the safety and security of the people we work with, especially on sensitive or high-risk projects.
Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ): All interested parties must complete our online PQQ to assess your experience, capabilities, and suitability to work with Leaves Builders.
Experience & Compliance: You must have relevant industry experience and a commitment to high-quality workmanship, safety, and compliance with necessary standards and regulations.
Insurance & Certifications: Proof of insurance, relevant trade certifications, and health and safety accreditations must be provided.

How to Join Our Supply Chain

Complete the Online PQQ: To begin, please fill out our online Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). This form helps us understand your services, capabilities, and qualifications.
Provide DBS Documentation: Please ensure you provide proof of a valid DBS check along with your application.
Review & Approval: Once we receive your completed PQQ and DBS documentation, our team will review your submission. If your business meets our criteria, we will arrange an introductory meeting.
Initial Meeting: If approved, we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss our partnership, expectations, and the projects we can collaborate on.
Ongoing Partnership: After approval, you’ll be part of our trusted supply chain and eligible to work with us on upcoming projects.
Upload Insurances, Sign Our Supplier Agreement, and Upload Qualifications & Certificates: Please submit all relevant documentation, including insurances, qualifications, and certificates.
