Our extensive experience supporting reactive maintenance and repairs ensures we offer flexible and custom solutions, with the support of directly employed multi skilled and dedicated office team. On average, we respond to over 30 calls a day across residential ad public buildings, including works for over 350 schools.
Smaller works are covered by our day to day field based maintenance team, who are able to cover a range of jobs from changes to fixtures and fittings to major emergency works.

We manage scheduled works on behalf of residential clients such as Havant Borough Council, Grange Management, Fitzroy Support, New Forest housing Association, Advance Housing and Haig Housing, in addition to a number of Academy Trust Schools. Our conscientious approach enables us to confidently manage works around staff, students, members of the public and other residents- with a focus on minimising disruption, sequencing and scheduling works as appropriate. Our quality assessments consistently score above 90%.
Larger work projects are managed through our planned works provision- usually involving multiple construction disciplines over a longer time period. We work collaboratively with our clients, ensuring that dedicated support, Director oversight, quality assurance and upfront, transparent communication form part of all planning and execution of works.
